These are some advice to enjoy your life with a healthy body "by my personnel experience": 1. join a fitness club.
2. Hygiene, (wash hands with soapregularly).
3. Take showers.
4. Eat healthy food.
5. See a doctor for a medical chech-up at least once a year.
6. Avoid smoking & alcohol.
7. Laugh too much, beacause it's good for your heart.
